Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Definition of Communal Services
With the term Community Services we mean the total number of social amenities and facilities (required infrastructure) provided by the Council service to all natural and legal persons who own or possess land. The goal is to improve and upgrade the standard of living and quality of life of our community and our members in extent. Such of these services are the following:
1. Construction of various infrastructure projects and other relative improvement works,
2. Registration of streets
3. Opening up of new roads and construction,
4. Embellishment projects and landscaping,
5. Drainage systems establishments,
6. Street lighting maintenance ,
7. Streets cleaning,
8. Public trees and drainage systems spray,
9. Covering of the costs of the salaries and wages of the employees
10. Covering the projects costs,
11. Buildings maintenance,
12. Upgrading and introduction of new technology for our offices needs
and hundreds of other works needed to be completed for the proper function of the service.
