OUR WONDERFUL VILLAGE DENTISTS
Tony was missing a tooth. Being a naturally indolent and thrifty sort of guy he ignored the seriously unattractive gap that decorated every smile.
But then he lost an adjacent, more central tooth. His other half put down her foot: off to the dentist, with firm instructions to discuss having a highly fashionable implant.
Dr Stathis in the village was having none of it. On the first visit Tony was sent home with a fabulous, bright, shiny, fully functional new tooth, the pain-free product of some clever chemical engineering and bonding beyond our comprehension. The end result is brilliant, and a saving of some €2,000 over the desired fashionable implant. Possibly not as chic or possibly as beautiful, but for us a very satisfying and more than adequate solution to a problem. The cost? €60.
A second visit plugged the remaining gap, to our very very considerable satisfaction and again to our considerable financial gain.
