Spirit of Yoga offers hatha yoga in a relaxed friendly atmosphere for beginners and intermediate students. Varying levels of intensity depending on your level of fitness and stamina. Individual and group classes are available and specialised programmes are available to those with limited mobility. Your teacher will discuss your individual needs and any relevant medical history prior to your first class.

Nicky has been studying various styles of yoga for 8 years in the UAE, Cyprus and India. She studied in Rishikesh, India under Swami Vidyanand where she obtained her TT200 teaching qualification, certified by Yoga Alliance International.
